Evaluate your current reporting practices against CSRD requirements. We identify gaps, assess your double materiality exposure, and deliver a structured compliance roadmap tailored to your industry and company size.
Conduct a rigorous assessment of how sustainability issues affect your business, and how your business impacts the environment and society. We guide you through the full impact and financial materiality process in line with ESRS requirements.
Develop compliant sustainability disclosures across all relevant ESRS topics — environment, social, governance, and cross-cutting standards. We ensure your reports are structured, comparable, and audit-ready.
Build the internal governance structures, policies, and procedures needed to sustain ongoing CSRD compliance. From board-level oversight to value chain data collection, we establish the foundations for long-term reporting excellence.
Prepare your sustainability data and disclosures for external limited assurance. We help you implement the controls, documentation, and audit trails required to meet assurance provider expectations.
Equip your finance, ESG, legal, and operations teams with the knowledge they need. We offer role-based training on CSRD obligations, ESRS standards, double materiality, and Scope 3 reporting requirements.
Navigating CSRD requirements can be complex — from double materiality assessments to ESRS disclosures and third-party assurance. Don't wait until deadlines close in.
The Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD) is an EU regulation that requires companies to report detailed, standardised information on their environmental, social, and governance (ESG) impacts, risks, and opportunities. It replaces the older Non-Financial Reporting Directive (NFRD) and applies to a significantly broader range of companies.
Double materiality requires companies to assess sustainability from two angles: how ESG issues affect the company’s financial performance (financial materiality), and how the company’s activities impact people and the environment (impact materiality). Both perspectives must be reported under CSRD.
The European Sustainability Reporting Standards (ESRS) are the mandatory reporting standards developed by EFRAG under the CSRD. They cover cross-cutting topics as well as specific environmental, social, and governance themes that companies must disclose against, subject to materiality.
Penalties vary by EU Member State. They can be significant — in some jurisdictions reaching up to €10 million or 5% of annual global turnover, whichever is higher. Non-compliance also carries reputational and investor relations risks.
